Poly filled starlet mount on the chassis, then the bracket onto the car was the C shaped bracket that bolts to the gearbox just with a plate welded to it to bring it back inline with the bolt holes then a couple of reinforcing braces for safety sake I would post a picture but my shitty HTC won't open the paste menu so I can't!!

I have a pair but they're a bit dull. And I think I sold the black plastic moulding that hold it in place No indicators though

Jim's N/A ...Bottom end dead!...Epic new Toyota purchase!
morgey replied to jimlols's topic in EP91 Progress Blogs
Think I'm starting a trend with all these rolla's cropping up -
If you're n/a I'd go. Glanza calipers (actually only the carriers needed) Wms heavy duty discs Ds2500 pads Braided lines motul rbf 600 fluid/or dot 5.1 Maybe a brake master cylinder stopper. Don't bother with rear discs the calipers are nothing but trouble and barely work at the best of times. Only reason to have them is a visual upgrade imo!

Snetterton as long as its the full 300 circuit more suitable for the lesser powered cars as well then ;) Saying that if its around the end of June I might not be able to make it anyway -
Just noticed you said LSD box. Not sure how I missed that! Either way details are here, probably no use now though :/ its a ae92 corolla gti box. but It's a c52 box but if you class the output shaft as the pinion shaft then I can supply the output and crown wheel (final drive gear) to match one another. Might be of some use?

what do you class as a pinion shaft. I've got an old box in bits. if the parts are there id be willing to part with them just not sure what you're after exactly

I dont really get it, you say when the crank hits the oil. There's a girdle between the oil in the sump and the crank so it never gets in direct contact with much. Other than what's falling down the oil returns . I'm sure I'd does have a purpose but I struggle to see unless running mad revs on a highly strung engine, isn't zisco using a stock one still?

Morgey's short lived Trueno AE111 :(
morgey replied to morgey's topic in Other Motors Progress Blogs
well this was rather short lived, spun it a few weeks ago and hit a sign. the just of it. going round a set of bends less than a mile from home, driven them hundreds of times in every condition thinkable. fairly fast bends but wasnt pushing as it was a new car and it was damp out. either way went into a right hander back end came out. foot in, pulled it straight. braked a tad between the bends then back on the throttle gentley into a long left, where it flips out the other way, back ends out all the way around this bend. (luckily no cars coming the other way) rear right wheel clips the k -

turbo engine on a sportif gearbox gear speeds ?
morgey replied to mikey4410's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
But a turbo lump revs to around 7500 so you've got the extra revs to account for. Hence why I said take it to 3800 and double it ;)
