morgey replied to aleximport25's topic in Lifestyle General
Sod all atm! Like to get upto scotland in the motor and hopefully JF2 and jae, But nothings planned yet. I've been away skiing this year so my holiday bug has been satisfied for a bit -
Ahh i see. Compression check. Check timing. Plugs, filters, fresh oil. New dizzy and leads wont do any harm.
-
Puller or a smaller leaver bar behind it and keep rotating it.
-
Check its boosting properly. compression test, are they within 1bar if they are ok a full service. overhaul the ignition system.

They dont weight that much anyway. Mine weighs in at 940kgs with a full tank of fuel and full interior With a 1600 in it. Only thing on it that I've saved weight on is the wheels at about 20kgs lighter Over the SR speedlines, 17kg per wheel with tyres vs 12kgs with some 4kg ish jap wheels. Rear bench doesnt weigh that much on it own but the seatbelts do So in total would be a fair saving All the hard Sound proofing stuff would add up if you got it all off. Then id start thinking about buying lighter panels but thats a last resort as you can do much more cheaper before hand. As ab

If you have a contract they have to provide you a working phone for the period of the contract as long its not a fault caused by you. I was told this by an apple tech when my ifail 4s broke and they couldnt find any faults with it. Told me because it was out of warrenty but i had a 2 year contract that they had to fix it or replace it for free since it was broken with no noticeable error. I didnt like the iphone so ended up using it to sell it against my contract and getting my s4 and not looked back
-
If its a contract they have an obligation to provide you with a working phone also its prob still under warrenty. I've still got my s4 which is spot on other than maybe once a month it spuds out and the battery runs flat at a crazy rate. Id say go back and complain maybe get some vids of it doing it to prove it has issues

Cant you take the manifold off and either get 2 nuts on the remains or weld a nut to it or even get some mole grips on it and just unscrew it? A grage should be able to do it in place tbf.

Fucking lol! Better lock you doors mate they'll be flocking in haha -
Get a micra, they have a good auto box as its constantly varying to lower the revs to a good torque level. i couldn't get my old k11 below 31/32mpg and i used to flat foot it everywhere and i mean everywhere. My old dear has always got 40/45mpg out of her 2 k12s shes had

Are you on about the actual fan power plug itself or are you unplugging the sensor switch plug to get it to turn on and off?
-
Yeah i had earthing problems just running a single lead chassis to battery so ended up linking a series of them to chassis all the way from the engine to the boot. Cranks much stronger than it ever did
-
It sounds like it might be one of the cylinders giving up. Almost like the seals ok for the best part but occasionally letting fluid by meaning more travel. I might be way off om that though lol
-
My understanding is 2 way locks up fully on acceleration as well as de-acceleration, basically forcing you straight forwards as the inside wheel is unable to travel at a slower speed like it normally would unless you are feathering the throttle into a corner To release the torque on the lsd. 1.5 way does this allowing for some slip 1 way only locks up under acceleration. Fwd is more suited for 1 or 1.5 way lsd's This is just how i interpret how they work so if someone can correct it please do

Bf4 took about 3-4 months to iron out the kinks, was easily one of the most broken games i had ever played upon release but now i love it. Going to get the dlc when theres an offer on i think
