It's hard to say as all cars are different and the boost control is a ratio not just setting it at .8bar. Start with the ratio low then build it up I till you hit the boost level you want. Once you've done that, do the same with the gain. Usually set that so it boost to 0.8 without spiking, or you could set it lower to get a more progressive boost curve. Whatever you prefer.

Yea gt28rs is another name for the 2860. Cool stuff.
-
It'll be awesome. If anyone knows anything about the work AF does you'll know that.
-
Build something custom yourself or Ksports.
-
Your on a gt2860 aren't you ? Bit left in it if only at 1.4bar..good stuff
-
Shame about the gasket but Atleast you know what it is. Promising start tho.. What boost did it make 310 at?
-
I'm actually quite surprised it's that large! Cheers. Anyone be able to take a pic without the dust covers on ?
-
Both please mate!

Hi all, Was wondering if anyone with the above coilovers could do me a favour and measure the piston diameter of the shock. Many thanks! R

RobSR replied to dangeestarlet's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
I know mk3 GT ones fit an SR also. When i measured these there was about 1mm of difference. Nothing in them really. -
As above really. After a pair of rear shocks that aren't leaking, and some glanza bodywork. Preferably in 205 Black. Let me know what you've got! R

^ I was going to mention that too. It's not that hard I don't think. 2 options. 1. Splice in the gt loom to yours, so you don't have to rip the whole car apart changing looms. But you will need some wiring knowlegde. 2. Buy Glanza looms and swap everything, easy as it's plug and play but is hassle as you need to strip the whole car. You can modify the steering column for the stalks, you don't need to change it for a Glanza one.

Has anyone upgraded their Meister-R coil springs?
RobSR replied to Amjad's topic in Chassis & Suspension
You can get the RA series of BC's in either 5/4kg or 10/8kg from the factory. Id stiffen it up..go have a look what jam/cruise/zep ran lol.. -
Has anyone ever had a turbo split on them?
RobSR replied to Browner's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Clamp was the word i should of used haha. Ive seen quite a few turbos like this also and i don't even work with them! -
Doesn't sound like knock sensor to me. Overheating under load usually is a sign the HG is on the way out..
-
The best way to do it is get a pic of those wheels already fitted on a car with the photo taken at the right angle. Your not going to be able to do an amazing job with a stock shot of a wheel..
-
Nice stuff mate. Figure won't be low if its at the wheels? Have you RR'd yourself? Guessing not?

Looks smart
