  1. Also, an engine can have low compression and be perfectly healthy. I know people on here were getting 110 PSI across all four cylinders after a rebuild. The key is ACROSS all four. So ensure that all cylinders are of similar condition.
  2. Hello and welcome!

  5. Hello and welcome!
  6. That's amazing! Not my sort of thing but definitely a bonus for someone looking to collect all the JDM optional extras.
  7. As said, I'm very much interested in the TRD quickshift pending photos and if you do strip. Cheers bud!
  8. Literally didn't think the powerflex bushes were that bad lol. It's an old car what were you expecting lol.
  9. I can't take Zoib's ad seriously now lol. Cheers Dan!
  10. Ah nice, I payed a little less for absolutely trashed ones. So these seem fair to me. GLWS.
  11. You can do 99% of the work yourself, and just get them to press the bearings in for you.
  12. Tidy mate!
  13. What if an engine is fully forged. Or is it when they are referred to on Starlets. Stages annoy the hell out of me though!
  14. Be a good idea for you to take photos yourself and document the process for others.
  15. Ha you're crazy. I've been to Carlisle and it's absolutely stunning. I suppose there must be some pretty remote locations your way which actually allows you kinda get to those sorts of speeds out of the way of people. Can't really get away with that down here as it's just too dangerous.
  16. You managed 130 in a Glanza! That's brave indeed. Anything over 30 in my car feels like it's about to fall apart lol. Joking aside, yeah it wouldn't surprise me if they are clamping down on this lately. I've had close friends experience this before and they literally heard nothing. It got so bad that they even handed themselves in at the station, for the officers literally to reply with no clue what they were on about. Never called it in I guess. Are you feeling lucky?
  17. This is very good of you guys. When I get home from work tonight I will make a small contribution. Well done Meister R!
  18. Seriously though, who has the money for gorilla glue, surely Selotape is strong enough?
  19. Ahh that's brilliant haha! Lovely car.
  20. Oh wow fantastic job Ollie. That looks amazing.
  21. Beautiful car mate!
  22. Nice one bud, it's looking good.
  23. Yeah, I can see me not getting this tapped clocked on lmao. But yeah that's the better option. Then I can clean it again in the future if needs be. Cheers Ollie.
  24. I didn't mean weld the baffle to the rocker cover. I mean fill up the rivet sections with weld, allowing it to spill over the baffle. Effectively turning it into a rivet.
  25. Don't drive the car enough to warrant having it removed to be fair.
