Check your exhaust manifold gaskets, that can give a nasty ticking noise. I dont know what the whiring noise is?

I used stainless steel fence cable snd stripped the plastic off. If i was to do it again i would plasti weld it together like another member *pete*. Making the cut of the bumpers is the hardest bit. i tried the used smallest part of the uk spec bumper. Progress is slowed down again but will start again soon. Thanks guys/girls

You will need to remove the gearbox for release bearing or the input shaft. So you will be able to see if there is any play in the input shaft and replace the release bearing whilst the gearbox is off

Really the injectors determin how much fuel will actually go into the cylinder, but just adding fuel does not mean more power. Do some research and you will soon understand

You need to take it to a alignment garage. They will sort it out for you. Bit like tracking, very difficult to do it your self unless you have eqiupment

they are really hard to force on, my hand were killing after i done mine. leave the side that will be attached in hot water a for around 5 minutes removed spray lubricant inside the pipe, put some rubber gloves on for better grip. when forcing hose on, slide bottom half at and angle so half the hose is on first and twist left and right until top half gets close. now the hard part, whilst the top of the hose it touching the radiator pipe, get a screw driver or something to lift the hose onto pipe whilst simultaneously forcing hose on the pipe. (this might take a couple of goes but has always worked for me)
