Then it most likely is adjustable, you will probably have to experiment when the length until you have the boost you want The longer the actuator arm the less boost, you will probably need to lengthen your to get it 0.5
Are the standard td04 actuators adjustable? When i got my td04l it didnt look adjustable so i got a HKS actuator in good nick. These are very easy to adjust
I ran 0.5 bar on a standard fuel setup, no adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I had wideband and it fuelled 11.5 on boost. Make sure you have a good working actuator.

Strip it down again and make sure you done everything properly. Little tip if you didnt know- You can remove the drive shaft from the hub by jacking the suspension up and it will come out.

Once you have the drive shaft out the seal is really easy to replace, ( just pulls out) Just make sure you dont damage new seal when putting the driveshaft back in.
Before you decide to get a rear beam, have you made sure that car is straight? It takes a lot of force to bend the rear beam, unless the impact was right on your wheel.
Other than the standard gearbox there are not a lot of options out there. With that kind of power you will have the gearbox will need to be stripped down and gear set shot peened and carbonised. Another member called "mad mike ep82" has done this but you will have ask him how long he expects it to last.
