I would say the needle needles resetting then. You probably didnt put it back it exactly the right place When cold the needle sits a lot lower than the marking on the console Take a look at some pictures of temp needle of other glanza's

its could be following if its been a warm day then in thoery could be picking up a bit of temperature instead of not moving when stone cold? or it always moves when the ignition is turned on? to show gauge has got power or the needle needs resetting, maybe it has been removed before

if your not going to tune it anymore than get that exedy organic will be fine but you could go stage 2 or 3 if you plan to tune more in the future.

I looked into getting one of these and doing a k20 swap. Its too much work unless you get the 2.0 s-type model. So the other engines are a more viable option

go for poly bushing if your going to replace it. they make the suspension work much better and are not mega expensive. save some £££ if you can install yourself

if you have good road where you live then i would go with a good sert of coilovers but if you live in a area like mine, speed humps everywhere, dropped man hole cover and drainage grills go with a springs and shocks. to get a good setup is never going to be cheap. I have had tien coilovers when i first got my car, and it was terrible. the ride was shocking and if i hit a bump whilst cornering it sent the car all over the place. I decided to go with koni adjustable shocks and apexi springs (35mm) with tien adjustable top mounts. This on softer side but then I spent the rest

Those hoses will most likely still go on. Its a real struggle but you can do it. Put the end of hose in hot water to soften. Simultaneously twisting and use screw driver to lift edge up to put on last bit

The gauges will tell you if the car is running hot. I dont know if you have oil temp gauge or water temp but they are the two that will tell you if your running hot The water temp wont go above 95 as the fan will kick in and bring temp down to 90 The oil temp shouldn't go above 110. local driving should only get a 85-95. Its probably just a hot day and the bonnet was sitting in the sun and got hotter than normal, nothing to worry about

Sounds like my car after i removed the wax in the throttle body. I think the na starlets do have coolant lines to throttle body so check them If thats ok, then the usual rotor arm, dizzy cap and spark plugs etc.

I have some 15" alloys. Pretty light at 6.8kg. I will double check et cant remember at the moment They are six spoke in silver.

Dont forget that the throttle body has coolant lines which will allow the wax stat to operate. Bleed all air out of system and drive it and see how you get on.

^^ as above send it back and if they dont refund you the stainless steel manifold exchange for a mild steel one. They last a bit longer. Braced my mild steel it was fine for 6 months

I have seen it mounted behind the bumper on the drive side. You get bring up the reservoir bottle through a hole that already exists in the bottom corrner of the engine bay Cant help with wiring haven't done mine yet, all i know its pretty staight forward with power and earth. But if you want a switch i would probably get a rocker switch. Ive seen some 20amp 12v ones which should do the job. Not 100% sure though.

^^ mot tester needs to be told or go elsewhere Starlets dont come with auto wipe wipers you have to do it manually You can modify to wipe though.

Dont know if they do full struts for starlets, I would confirm before buying.

The fronts are a bit a headache getting it, as you have to cut the top of the orginal shock absorbers off and mounts the koni inside.

Look at the suspension mount from underneath, you cant see them from top
