  1. It will just be the same as a stock one. Use the throttle stop to set it up. Night be a little out as throttle stop will be in a different place but will be close enough
  2. Looks shiney. I'm sure I left a comp housing in cheap coke overnight and it came out pretty clean.
  3. I've never like the idea of alloy T adapter hanging out the block. Both my cars run remote T adapters. Would be fine iff the adapter was steel.
  4. Might get a chance to finish fitting the brakes at the weekend. Got a few jobs on the go so time is tight! The brakes just fit behind the 15's
  5. As much as your happy to drive with. But my opinion it's got to be over 220. I need to turn the boost up over .95 on the 70. It's getting boring lol
  6. Regrinds are easy to shim up with custom under bucket shims
  7. You will need ep82 sensors for the engine. The ep82 ecu is 2 plugs instead of the 3 on the 91. It's really simple to retrofit the engine loom into the cars original loom. That's what I done on my ep70 4efte convertion
  8. Probably have a chipped tooth on on a couple of your gears. Also check your engine and box mounts, can cause damage to the gear box when worn
  9. You should get your booster seat covered to match the floor mats. Now that would be a look...
  10. You would be much better off using the loom out of a GT has less wiring
  11. Looks like you gained pony power not horsepower haha that's well random
  12. If you pop the plastic cover off you will see the rivets. Both the wires connected to the light live 1 permant and 1 connected to the door switch. Take the wire off the door live. Or add a boot switch
  13. Test fitted the rear brake upgrade yesterday. Need to take a grinder to the calipers and possible a small wheel spacers. But it's looking good apart from that
  14. I found on some it was the actual rivets that holds the contacts inside the light. I scraped round them with a screw driver and every thing was back working again
  15. You can machine the inside of the bell out on the 256mm astra discs so they fit over your hubs. Then the twin pots will bolt straight on
  16. You need to get management. Then you can adjust the ignition timing down low end and improve respond and fuel economy massively. Even on a ct9 it will work wonders
  17. Lol, do how will the ecu do the loads side of fueling with no map sensor
  18. Got mine from jjc race and ralley. Cost £200 for a 6 jet system. Cheap insurance just in case
  19. It shares the same feed as the injectors
  20. That popped up on my fb wall. The guys at work loved it haha
