  1. That's pretty deep Adam. The parts are going up a bit. But they have always been hight to be fair. And if you go to toyota for some bits, well you might as well rip yourself a new ass hole before you go in. I just keep an eye out for stuff that's cheap. Even if I don't need it I buy it just incase lol
  2. It wasn't quite the same as last yeas. Was cut in half on the corner of the 2 roads. All the tents along the back cars upfront. It was a cracking event as alway. For next time how about I.D cars and people without them on have to drink lol Bit more lighting wouldn't go a miss. Don't think we could compete with the 323 owners tho
  3. It might be me but that sounds confusing. If you blocked off that pipe on the left it would cause the engine to badly. But with it open and no kinks with full flow it shouldn't smoke. Test the pcv by removing the pipe on the inlet if you can blow into the engine it's fucked
  4. So managed to get the top spoiler and side skirts on for jae. Ran out of time to fit the lower spoiler/ beer shelf. Won best convertion from ukso members vote at jae. And a big group photo round my car lol
  5. Car has come along way from when I first see Sam and his car. Then he was complaining on how his injectors had just started clucking lol Well deserved winner
  6. I paid £60 for the last Doobie kit I picked up
  7. You can run the 4efte without the speed sensor. It just throws the light on when your cruising over 3k for 8 second or something.
  8. If you actually get some sort of management you will be very surprised. You can add quite a bit of timing low. Aids responce massively. Even on a stock'ish set up.
  9. I never bother using the crappy c-spacers you get with coilys. Hammer and and a flat head screwdriver works awsomely!
  10. Can do it on the drive easy. Best way I find in measure top of arch to ground. And work from that. Once you have the wheel off undo the lock rings and then spin the shock round. Don't unbolt it from the hub or axel. Then it's a case of putting wheel back on give it a bit of a bounce to settle down and measure the ride hight again. With a decent trolly jack and a impact gun it takes like 10 mins. After you happy with the hight. Align the back end up and it's always best to have the front tracked back up as it will be a little out
  11. If you want to sort it on the cheap and it's the rings causing it to smoke. Just do a re-ring. Will be cheaper than putting a 4e in and you don't really need to take the engine out
  12. And easy to get hold of. I know the guy who owned autolink mx5 specialists. I will be getting him to cut the whole back end of a mex off with the plasma cutter
  13. I plan to use mx5 when I do something like this
  14. Probably sticky rings A 4efe carb conversion is dead simple. The engine is a direct fit using the 1e mounts. Use the 1e dizzy. Carb as desired and I'm pretty sure the 1e fuel pump fits on the 4e heads.
  15. All the replacements I've see are just stickers. Might be worth chatting to the gel people at jae about raised ones
  16. Just shout and point at me what way to kick the ball lol
  17. Shorty on the left me on the right and hairdresser Ollie with the mx5. Picture from last years jae
  18. You need an adapter like what I've got. I will post up some pics and measurements tomorrow
