Take the vac off the bov and see if it chatters then, it should. If it does then maybe the solenoid isnt operating

Looks like its been done right with the correct settings. Fix the exhaust leak, set the fuel pressure to stock if you can and set ignition timing. Take the car out for a good run before you take it in, get the CAT cooking lol. You got bigger injectors in it ?

You got any pics of this ? Does sound interesting. My 85 was a breeze to convert, literally swapped the ancillary loom which plugs into the existing fusebox. Also fired in a GT dash fot the dials and that was it done. Also converted a 91 for a guy using Glanza looms etc, was a very easy swap no messing about splicing shit and tracing wires lol. Was done in an afternoon.

Well it goes down as a non CAT test if the tester puts in 4EFTE but the limits are the same as a CAT test if its after July '95 iirc It all depends on when its registered really.

Ask for a copy of the 4 gas readout. Did you take it a good run before it was tested ? And is the CAT in good visual condition ? Excessive CO is normally suggests running rich AFRs. The major exhaust leak at the front certainly wont be helping though. Id set the ignition timing, set the fueling if you can, or if its mapped then just leave it as it is.

Get the looms from a Glanza the same year as your N/a, the 96 & 98 spec are different where they go through the bulkhead. Also get ignition setup, clocks, indicator / wiper stalks, inlet & TB, MAP sensor, injectors, oil filter relocator, thermostat housing. Maybe a couple other wee bits aswell
