Liam_D Posted May 28, 2013 Author Share Posted May 28, 2013 Still nothing much to report, few reasons for that 1) im meant to saving for a house + Mapping @ TD 2) Other cars are tempting me a lot at the minute. Car is going to see Dean @ RWDevelopments on Sunday for a new exhaust as the Buddyclub has seen better days and its sounding worse and worse by the day. Drove the car about quite a lot at the weekend and it still puts a smile on my face when everything works as it should. Few pics from the past few days. Liam_D Posted June 3, 2013 Author Share Posted June 3, 2013 Good and bad update! Good news first, went to see dean @ RW Developments yesterday to get the new exhaust designed and made up. Absolutely fantastic work from dean. Proper genuine guy and he's an artist with a welder. Sounds amazing and performs a lot better than the buddy club and it looks world class! When Dean sends me the pictures ill wack them up! Now the bad news, had the car jacked up on my drive while sorting some niggles out. One of the jacks slipped and the car dropped, resulting in the jack smashing my side skirt end cap off and damaging the front panel slightly fucking wounded and really upset with myself for making an amateur mistake. I've jacked it up millions of time and I even used to jack cars up as a Job. I guess this is what happens when I'm overworking and I'm mega tired So hopefully within the next couple of days it'll be going to body and tuning and letting them sort out the skirt and the wing! Went for a full 2.5'' System, with v-bands and a added flexi for some added movement. Car has left me for a few days now, its in the capable hands of Body and Tuning to have the arch repairs, skirts and front bumper modified a little more. And also have the seat rail painted.
