thorpy36 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Hi guys,I've got a glanza 1996 model with the following modifications could people give me a rough idea on what it would be running ? Just would be good to have a ballpark figure before I have it dyno'd after crimbo Mod list:Sard analyse ECUWidebandedFMIC hard piped in 2.5/3" pipe workStainless manifold (standard type)Stainless decatFull 5zigen exhaust systemCt9 turbo @ .8 barFront mount air filter Trd ignition leads and iridium plugsAir con removed completelyHKS actuatorPorted waste-gateThere are other bits but non that I can see making a difference to the performance. Like tine coil over and what not.Rough guesses are appreciated I don't need definite figures Quote
turbo Grant Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 160 170 I recon. Need to get my 70 on the dyno before I stuck the emu on. See what the greddy td05 kicks out Quote
thorpy36 Posted December 22, 2013 Author Posted December 22, 2013 Thanks guys I am surprised it is is as high as that ! What should I be looking to do next to see more gains ? Fueling, intake manifold? I am not sure where to go next thanks again for your input. Quote
micky boy Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 On a JAM ecu with the same mods as you running same boost 0.8 i made 175.4bhp Quote
Phil Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 With more boost I'm sure you could see the 180mark suggested above without changing your setup.Bit at 0.8bar I'm going to say 163hpMajorly dyno dependant thoughPhil Quote
AdamB Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) 165ft/lbs I'm gonna say. Edited December 22, 2013 by AdamB Quote
Liam_D Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I would say 170ish bhp Are you the guy I built the turbo for?? Quote
H_D Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I say turn it up to 1bar and you should be closer to 200bhp. Quote
kavan-k Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 This looks like a competition on facebook and closest answer wins haha160-170, depends on the health of your engine too! Up the boost a bit buddy ;) Quote
thorpy36 Posted December 22, 2013 Author Posted December 22, 2013 Thanks for all the replies guys ! I would like to turn the boost up past 0.8bar but it seems that when I do (using blitz digital controller) it feels as if holds back between 4000rpm and 6000rpm it only seems to be noticable in 4th or 5th. What could the be ? Quote

Chris_GlanzaV98 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Change the plugs over, most likely the cause, im saying 165hp Up that boost ! Quote
Addymk2 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 155bhp if your plugs are causing boost hesitation Aim low and you'll be pleased if it's higher! Lol Quote
Jamie1st Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I'd say 175+My Glanza when it was running similar spec made 162hp @.75bar but I didn't have a plug and play ecu like you have. That will see you some good gains Quote
