Pretty sure these can still be bought from Toyota...
-
I believe ID-Workz sell them bud. £250
-
I always get the angle wrong. I think 60 degrees is more the likely. Cheers.
-
Ahh very interesting.

Hello, Can anyone tell me what the size is for the intake elbow from the intercooler pipe to the throttle body. I've bought several but always get it wrong (spesh) I think more importantly, does anyone know the angle that it's at. 45, 90 degrees? Cheers

Engine wise, could probably still run a compression test. But seeing as the engine is already out, you may as well just quickly refurb it. New shells, mains, rings, bore hone, head gasket and cam belt. Literally wouldn't cost much and gives you absolute peace of mind.
-
You can't convert a 2wd to 4wd. You of course can, but you the costs involved are astronomical and by which point you may as well use running gear more suited to 4WD. Evo/Subaru. The exhaust tunnel is vastly larger to accomodate the prop shaft.

You can get an app on your phone that'll translate all that for you.

What's special about our handbrake setup?

I've spoken to Jay and he said it will come back online.

Ford Fiesta Sills can be fabricated to fit £20 each. I done mine last year, but luckily got away with just fabricating the pieces I needed. Ford KA apparently as well. That was for EP82 but can't see them being too different.

Ah, I believe Ollie may be well justified in his statements.

Nah man, as far as I know it's a fresh engine without any issues. I know Dean was cautious about the map on it and was waiting for Bob to sort that out.
-
??? Not to my knowledge, Dean built it and never drove it. It has a completely fresh version one closed deck.
-
Good to know, I do need one to be fair and was told they are nigh on impossible to get.
-
Oh yeah ditto. This thing has had everything RCM do done to it. Including brand new Six speed box from Subaru. Anti Lag, Carbon prop shaft. Very high spec. Gorgous car. Naturally, not as good as my GT Jokes. Granted, insurance for all of this is somewhat...pricey.
-
What RA did you have? My friend has a lovely Version 6 RA.
-
I'm not trying to teach you to suck eggs, but even Go Compare, Confused told you £600! That's outrageous. It's definitely coming up on the insurance as a Glanza and not something silly?
-
That sounds excessive! Whilst I paid more for my insurance (due to being 23 at the time and never driven a car) my brother who was 28 paid around 250 for his GT.
-
That's lovely that! Doing a real nice job on this. It will be spot on with that mid spoiler fitted.
-
Very good.
-
Hi Kieran, nice looking SR you've got :D

I fitted Pioneer Champions all round in my Starlet and system is absolute tumping. All powered with a Rockford fosgate amp and a lovely Pioneer Tyre sub that sits in the spare wheel arch. It's only about 400 watts RMS, but that's plenty for the tin can car.

Great stuff bud! I shall keep this in mind!
