I actually recently got this car on the road after 3 years of sitting on the drive.
I can say that now haven driven the car, leave the powersteering in the car.
It's not heavy, it's not cumbersome, it's just not as good as having powersteering. It kinda ruins the car a little bit. I wouldn't recommend deleting the powersteering, but only because the car drives so much better with it in.
That said, I won't be fitting it back in any time soon. I don't drive the car enough to let it annoy me.
