  5. Try jacking the car up and turn each wheel. they should spin freely and not have any resistance. If you find any resistance on any of the wheels it could be worn brakes, worn pads, worn wheel bearing or a seized up caliper
  6. sounds like a knackered thermostat i would replace that 1st.
  7. I see you got the vent cover fitted.
  8. paint stripper (notromorse) works a treat Brush it on leave it for an hour and it should wipe off repeat on any areas where it doesnt come off. Once all the paint is off use wet and dry sandpaper in the following order 1200, 1500, 2000 after it has been rubbed down with 2000 polish it up with autosol. You should get a mirror polish finish
  9. as long as you get every bit of rust off the metal before applying treatment it should be good for at least another 10 years. We used some rust treatment on my mates old datsun cherry about 8 years ago and its still mint. after treatment has been applied u need to build up a few layers of primer befor you paint it.
  10. looks like it is stock rad friendly as the wastegate flange is normally one the front of the manifold when using a civic rad. Your wastegate port is mounted to the side so should be ok with stock rad.
  11. Sand it down to bare metal. Put a layer of rust treatment on it before it gets re-sprayed.
  12. Alot of people use powerflow here as their work is very good and comes with a lifetime warranty. Never heard a bad word about my local powerflow center.
  13. its just as bad with the wing mirrors, The water gets collected behind the mirror and when you take the car for a drive after a wash and polish it leaves water marks on the doors. I use air in a can to get water out of the little crevices and it works a treat. http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/maplin-airduster-200ml-n57jx

  18. If you remove the handbrake cover you will see the tension adjuster on the hand break lever i think its a 10mm bolt
  19. You dont need to unplug the ecu to reset it. You just remove the EFI fuse and disconnect the negative terminal on the battery and leave it for 15-20 mins then put it all back together,
