Best to measure the diameter of the bar and diameter and thickness of the bush. Should find universal one then on the bay.
-
Sounds a bit like a rotary with those cams lol I love it. It's going to be interesting to see what power you make doing it properly!
-
I have a set but they won't be for sale for a few weeks as I need them until it gets turbo'd
-
My dishwasher gets it all. But only while the missus is out haha And wash the diesel off before you wash them haha

Or just get a det3 in fit mode and set the rpm limit to whatever you want... requires mapping but means you will get the most out of the setup! -
Soak in diesel then stick them in the dishwasher if you have one
-
The way mine are done is with proper 2 part polyurethane. Just instead of creating a separate mold and pouring them separately I just used the mount as the mold, taped off the bottom and poured as one piece. Completely different to filling with tigerseal or other random sealer
-
I removed about 60% of the origin bush just leaving enough to hold the sleeve in place. Then filled around and over it.
-
It's 300 euro posted for 4. You won't get cheaper than that That for 14" sorry

Dan tiger seal has a much higher shore value than 60a. Let me show you a mount I poured an the stuff is 20 quid delivered. Still have half left after I did 1 set.. I'll get a pic 2 mins
-
Get them of daemon tweaks they have a shop on eBay.
-
Rag with petrol
-
Yellow are like 80 shore You can buy 60a shore polyurethane online and fill standard mounts. JD uses 65a shore I believe
-
Which Honda one fits lol cheap ftw
-
60a is as soft as you would want to go. Most of the ones you can buy are 80+ other than jezza on here who sells 65a a fairly good price
-
Buy 60a shore 2 part polyurethane rubber and fill your mount.

To be honest there are only a few things that can be wrong. You can run our engines with only the injectors and dizzy (coil, ignitor) connected, no rocker cover and wide open throttle and it still won't do what your describing until it eventually runs a bearing, gets hot and siezes Either you have an ignition problem (Open dizzy, check no wires are touching they can sag when hot) an ecu problem, fuel pump problem or your engine keep seizing.

Ecumaster det3. Would be best. Has a road dyno to so while numbers aren't accurate you can see changes to the power curve. I would definitely advise you make them solid. That's something I wish I did with mine. Try and get the overall length to about 400mm. If you have to use trumpets to achieve this then so be it. -

Did you decide on length for the runners yet? -
I'll be using the c160 LSD from an ae111 which is why I'm asking. If you get yours in before I do it will be interesting to know what it's like
-
Let us know how it goes anyway
-
No problem. Let me know if you find the problem always handy to know these things

The dipstick itself can leak around the bottom where it seals at the engine. That or rocker cover at the back. All else failing, the crank seal in the belt side. When that goes the oil gets thrown around the bay by the belts.
