Theres a healthy 4efe nit far away from you if you need to keep the car on the road I can swap a na in a few hours

Go intp item specfics and it gives a list of kyb and monroe partnumbers that you can check against. For reference kyb excel g are £50each fronts and £25 each rears or gas-adjusts for £33 rear only

Look in my build thread for how to hook up the throttle cable. High idle maybe a little vac leak but if its around 850rpm its ok. What else did or have u done. If u removed the coolant pipes from the tb u may have sent a air bubble to the stat. I reccomend bypassing the throttlebody by looping the coolant pipes away from it. Did u change the clocks? Id love to see this.yoke slammed to the ground with a livesports rear wing on it!!

If your shopping for the dark grey interior plastics from a glanza get the adjustable steering.column too as it shouldnt cost much more. £50 all in wpuld be a fair price.

You may have forgotten to fit the earth wire to the back of the manifold. I fitted mine to the throttlebody as it was easier. You need to use gasket silicone because the standard metal gaskets are crap, even new ones. The hissing sound.is the idle valve opening when you turn off the ignition, its the hole inside the throttle body but.thats a good sound cause at least u know it works. Use the factory airbox cone filters suck. Dont forget the air temp probe!! Nice car mate I like the dark alloys on it.

Unfortunetly this 50mm throttlebody doesnt suit my automatic so its goin up for sale soon. Direct fit to any northern irish 4efe/5efe Ive dremeled a 4efte tb to take a 4efe tps now I just have to finish the adapter plate for the idle valve then its off to the dyno..

This is the same hinge from the rear. You can see the hole is away off but I welded in abit of plate to extend it over to my ep91 hole. Using the ep82 hinge is the easiest option when fitting gtturbo seats and sits better too. I also reused my ep91 seatbelt buckles and bolted it through the rear inner seatmount. I had to remove the handbrake surround although if u straighten them out abit they will fit. Seats here with the glanza dark grey plastics

Then it would be slower than gen2 which has glanza rods and high comp pistons.

Uk starlets have half a coil less than glanzas if that helps dude.

Yesit fits but the extra beather vent will make your n/a slower cause it will incourage blowby. Itll look cool though

Is anyone using an adjustable cam pulley on there n/a or have a mate doing so. Ive a few spare pulleys that Im think of notching to pull the powerband down
