hey lads can some1 calculate the final drive 67theet on the diff and 18 theet on the output shaft and 5th gear 38theet on the input shaft and 31 theet on the out put shaft i have no idea how to calculate this ???????
nope as our engine is a eco based engine thats why we get really great milage out of them this was state of the art when this was designed in the 1980s
ay me neither my add kicks in after 5 min then i walk of for a few ha ha ha its meant to be a woman's job ha nooo update on fitting the box tho must source a rear mounting bracket first pfff
levin caliper brackets needed trow the levin discs in the bin as there not a nice fit ( in my eyes ) and buy some opel disks apec dsk 2188 get them cut down to 260mm and 1.5mm from inside pdc only spiggot ring needed no spacers or extended studs needed
thats another example of quck fit welding in the first pic if only they tacked the runners central and then worked there way with the rest of the runners
dont need to be welded internally just get your burr out and smooth it out its because they didnt use a guide that the ports/pipes dont align looks like the sch40 ( 3.5mm wall ) pipe no ?? so no isseu with the burr in there
that box landed and wasnt sellers fault it had a big pink sticker on it hold in depot !!! nice and shinny after my clean she was caked in cv grease dam that was some job to get off also didnt come with the rear mount bracket but did come with the 2 inner cups and in 1 of thew was still the triballs stuck in the grease so big plus point to have them spare 1 off the bolts for the rear mount was snapped of so heres my attempt of getting it out
its your cams ronan as u say and drop the pressure down to 2.3bar then reset your tb set rpm to 1000 this will give better tik over depends HOW BIG the cams are tho your rpm might need to be lot higher if there extreme
